A formal hearing for consideration of <br />revocation of the permit and ordering forfeiture of the financial warranty was scheduled for the <br />September 2011 Board meeting, then was continued to the October 2011 Board meeting, and was then <br />continued to the December 2011 Board meeting. <br />During the Board meeting to be held on December 7 and 8, 2011, the Board will consider revoking the <br />above - referenced permit and ordering forfeiture of its associated financial warranty. The hearing will be <br />held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on December 7 or <br />as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered.
