No new EPFs are planned to be constructed at the Sunday Mines Group. Therefore,
quality assurance and quality control plans related to EPFs are not applicable to this
EPP. Information regarding construction of other facilities at the Sunday Mines Group
has been submitted to the Division previously, and is incorporated into this document
by reference.
