The reclamation cost estimate summary sheet, after removal of costs associated with the TAHR, is <br />attached. The decrease in liability for PR -06 is $487,877.00. The liability decrease is based on the <br />last reclamation cost estimate updated on 10 March 2010 with the partial Phase I Bond Release SL- <br />02. The tasks associated with the TAHR that have been removed from the cost estimate are 025, 028, <br />a portion of task 030 (39.34% of the acreage), 077, 078, 079, 080, 081, 082, 107, 108 and 109. <br />Response: No response required. <br />Attached are two (2) copies of the revised materials.
