• <br />• <br />anticipated needs by DRMS for this Notice. These remaining four locations capture key hydrologic <br />features to characterize the entire basin's water quality setting above, within, below and far below the <br />site's surface water influences (referred to as locations BB -A through BB -D). <br />The suite of analyses completed for these samples was coordinated with CDPHE and DRMS. The results <br />are provided in Tables la, lb, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The original laboratory documentation for each sampling <br />effort is provided in Attachment F as part of the CDPS renewal application. <br />Considering the robust baseline data already collected, future sampling efforts will be limited to quarterly, <br />semi - annual, and/or annual sampling as required by both DRMS and CDPHE for three sites: 1) the <br />CDPS point of compliance (BB -CDPS -001), 2) the nearest perennial stream above the discharge (BB- <br />CDPS -002), and 3) the nearest perennial stream below the mixing zone of the discharge (BB -C). <br />Attachment D: Page 4 of 4 <br />
