Re- noticing is required pursuant to rule 4.1(2), when <br />approval is given but either the permit is not issued or the revision is not finalized for over one year. Notice <br />was originally provided June 26, 2009. <br />Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ( "Denison ") provided to you a copy of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) <br />for the Van 4 mine permit number (M/1997/032), on June 26, 2009. This EPP has been updated since, enclosed <br />please find replacement pages to update your copy of this EPP.
