Re- noticing is required pursuant to rule <br />4.1(2), when approval is given but either the permit is not issued or the revision is not finalized for over one <br />year. Notice was originally provided June 26, 2009. <br />Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ( "Denison ") provided a copy of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) for the <br />Denison Sunday Mines Group on June 26, 2009; enclosed please find replacement pages to update your copy. <br />Also enclosed is a formal notice of the amendment application. <br />On February 8, 2008, Denison received Notices of Determination of Designation Mining Operation (DMO) <br />from the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ( "the Division ") for the following five <br />Colorado Mines: <br />• Sunday Mine (M -1977 -285) <br />• Carnation Mine (M -1977 -416) <br />• St. Jude Mine (M- 1978 -039 HR) <br />• West Sunday Mine (M -1981 -021) <br />• Topaz Mine (M- 1980 -055 HR) <br />
