Re- noticing is required pursuant to rule <br />4.1(2), when approval is given but either the permit is not issued or the revision is not finalized for over one <br />year. Notice was originally provided June 26, 2009. <br />On June 4' 2009, Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ( "Denison ") provided to you a copy of the Environmental <br />Protection Plan (EPP) for the Denison Sunday Mines Group (Sunday Mine M- 1977 -285, Carnation Mine M- <br />1977 -416, St. Jude Mine M- 1978 -039 HR, West Sunday Mine M- 1981 -021, Topaz Mine M- 1980 -055 HR). <br />This EPP has been updated since, enclosed please find replacements pages to update your copy of this EPP. <br />Also, enclosed please find 5 public notices that will be posted in the Norwood News beginning on Wednesday, <br />August 17, 2011, please direct any comments to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by each date <br />specified in the enclosed notices. <br />If you have any questions or comments regarding these notices, please feel free to call me at 303 -389- <br />4136. <br />
