Box 1470 <br />Rifle, CO 81650 <br />Re: American Shale Oil, LLC, AMSO RD &D Project, MD -0 , Notice of Intent (NOT) P -2008 -046, <br />Revised Additional Reclamation Cost . �- <br />Dear Mr. Day, <br />On November 4, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) notified American Shale <br />Oil, LLC that Modification No. 6 was approved and additional financial warranty was required. An error <br />was found in the additional warranty amount required to reclaim the site. The approval letter stated that <br />the required additional warranty was $288,342.73 and the correct additional amount is actually <br />$240,497.73 for a total reclamation bond amount of $787.390.73.
