RECEIVED `'NOV 092011 Division of Reclamation, rIJ' Mining & Safety On October 18, 2011, Alma Placer Company received a review of the NOI application for London Butte Underground Exploration (P -2011 -029) from the DRMS. Below are Alma Placer's responses to each item of deficiency the Division identified. 2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item II1.5. The applicant states that an existing shaft will be rehabilitated to provide a secondary escapeway and ventilation circuit. Is this the shaft that is labeled as "London Butte Shaft" on Figures 2 and 3? Yes, the London Butte Shaft will be rehabilitated to provide a secondary escapeway and for ventilation. 3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item IIL6.B. The depth of drill holes is indicated as 600 feet. Is this a cumulative depth for all holes or the anticipated depth for each hole? 4. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item III.6.C. Please provide an estimate of how deep into the adit and at what levels the rehabilitation activities will occur. Please indicate if any new underground excavation will occur. Rehabilitation will take place roughly 1500' into adit. No new underground excavation will take place at this time.
