Your site is on Bureau of Land Management lands, and we have received written notification <br />from the agency that satisfactory reclamation has been completed. You are now released from further <br />liability for this site. The bond listed below will be released in its entirety: <br />Pursuant to Hard Rock/Metal Rule 4.16.1(4) the Division must retain the bond for 30 days after a finding <br />that reclamation has been successfully completed. During the 30 -day period, please complete the <br />enclosed Form W -9 and return it to Barbara Coria in our Denver office.
