The geotechnical <br />studies for Phase 1 of the pipeline diversion project have been completed, and the engineering <br />design work is now 90% complete. <br />Please find enclosed the proposed overall plan for the design and installation/construction of the <br />temporary diversion structure, along with the current permitting and construction schedule for <br />implementation of Phase 1. The detailed engineering drawings for Phase 1 are too large to send <br />electronically, but will be provided in hard copy via U.S. mail along with this submittal. <br />Sincerely, <br />.S <br />John S.
