<br />MULLETT EXCAVATING, U.0 320 CR 241, Westcliffe,
<br />CO., 81252, phone (719) 783 -2058, has filed an
<br />application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials
<br />Operation Reclamation Amendment Permit with the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under
<br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the
<br />Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine
<br />is known as the MULLETTS EXCAVATING PIT #1, and Is
<br />located at or near Sections 19, Township 29 South,
<br />Range 81 West, and 6th Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement (this Is an
<br />operating mine) therefore the data Is presently
<br />SEPTEMBER of 2011 thls is an amendment application,
<br />and the proposed date of completion is summer 2025.
<br />The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
<br />Additional Information and tentative decision date may be
<br />obtained from the Division of RECLAMATION, MINING
<br />AND SAFETY, 1313 Shennen SL, Room 216, Denver,
<br />Colorado 80203, (303) 888.3667, or at the Las Animas
<br />County Clerk and Recorders 01fice; County Court House,
<br />Trinidad, CO. 81082, or the above -named applicant. A
<br />complete copy of the application is available at the
<br />above-named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at
<br />the Division's office.
<br />Comments concerning tho application and oxhibits must
<br />be In writing and must be received by the DIVISION of
<br />RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY by 4:00 p.m. on
<br />(FINAL DATE FOR COMMENTS) NOVEMBER 10, 2011.
