The Division has since determined that you did not have any involvement with the <br />possible violation which occurred at the Alicia Mine, which is located on your property in <br />Jamestown, Colorado. Therefore, your name has been withdrawn from the Enforcement Hearing <br />scheduled before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on November 9, 2011. As such, your <br />presence at the Enforcement Hearing is no longer required.
