October 17, 2011 C -1982- 056 /Foidel Creek Mine JDM <br />Demolition of the Fish Creek Tipple facilities has been completed. The facilities have been demolished, with <br />scrap metal removed. Reclamation work remaining at the site will involve the backfilling and grading of the truck <br />tunnel area and areas in and around the Tipple pad. <br />4� <br />Fish Creek Tipple Facilities Demolition <br />The 17LT concrete borehole pad was in the process of reclamation at the time of the inspection. The site was <br />backfilled with topsoil placement ongoing. No problems were noted. <br />17LT Borehole Pad Reclamation <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The on -site support facilities were stable with no problems noted. The Rock dust tank at the 18LT pad has been <br />installed and was not functioning at the time of the inspection. All sites were stable with the exception of the <br />following: <br />-The rock dust tanks at the 6N/1N pad should be addressed to clean up the fugitive rock dust around the outlets of <br />the tanks. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 6 of 9 <br />
