October 19, 2011 C- 1981 - 020 /Munger Canyon Mine MPB <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />No signs of significant erosion or instability were noted during this inspection. Vegetation is well established on <br />the reclaimed portal access. We viewed the reclaimed portal access from the drainage below and walked nearly <br />the entire length of the reclaimed area. There were no signs of erosion or instability and at any of the riprap <br />drainage outflow locations. As seen in the attached photograph the outslope of the reclaimed portal access is <br />stable and in good condition. Overall, the site looks very good and no problems were identified. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The waste pile identification sign located at the waste disposal site has blown down and should be repaired. The <br />Mine ID sign at the entrance to the permit area is intact and properly displayed. As requested a new Topsoil Pile <br />sign has been placed at the topsoil pile located on the north side of the access road.
