There are approximately
three acres in use for storage and parking area, leaving only six acres to mine
The pit is roughly 40 feet deep now, with plans to go deeper. We are trying to keep a 3 -1
slope, but unless the opened area is increased, there is not enough room for parking and
storage.
Elbert County is currently in Area -B and by increasing the number of acres, we would
also be going into Area- C and D.
Enclosed is a check for $216.00 for the modification of permit as we discussed.
01/
