The <br />site flowed each week of the period. No exceedances were noted. <br />Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were collected for analysis for Outfall 005W during the period. 007W did not <br />flow during the quarter. The test indicated that the effluent was not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached <br />laboratory report). <br />The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did not discharge during the third quarter of <br />2011. These included Outfalls 002A (Pond T), 003A (Pond B), 004A (Pond C), 006A (Pond E), 007A/007W /MON7 (all Pond <br />F), and 008A (Pond G). <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment.
