1 Company (WFC), has filed with the Division
of Reclamation,Mining and Safety (DRMS) an appli-
cation for a TechnicalRevision (TR -61)
to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C-81 -008. This
Technical Revision will add a sampling and analysis
plan for.stockpiled soil, undisturbed soil, and redis-
tributed soil on the Morgan property.
The New Horizon Mine is located at 27646. West
5T1-1 Street, P.O. Box 628,,Nucla,
Colorado. Telephone number (970) 864 -2165. The
revision pertains to an area within:
N1/2 Section 1, T46N, R16W
The 7.5 minute USGS Nucla Quadrangle map
shows the above described area.
A copy of the complete technical revision application
is available for public inspection at the Montrose
County Courthouse Annex, Nucla, Colorado. Written
comments or objections to the application may be
submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and

Written comments and objectionsmust be received
