The locations of the proposed facilities are noted on Map <br />12 Sheet 1 East Portal Roads, Slope Track and Cut Areas, Sheet 2 East Portal Utilities and <br />Roads, and Sheet 3 East Portal Facilities. <br />A small cut is required for safe placement of the rock dust bin and supporting equipment. <br />A small ditch will route the storm water around the cut to insure integrity of the cut slope. The <br />cut material will be placed to bring the hoisting and conveyor drive areas to grade. Topsoil will <br />be removed and stored in the topsoil storage pile located near the mine entrance. <br />All areas involved with the exception of the small cut have already been disturbed and <br />have been bonded for rough and fina grading, seeding and mulching„ This bonding covers the <br />ae o tion of foundations, removal of tences removal to scrap o sa lvage of the equipment. <br />• <br />The following pages detail the cost estimate.
