estimate of water quality was derived from the seep analysis from the development waste dump
(5/23/80, WWL Report, pg. 51) for the two waste dumps, and the initial sampling from the
leachate test of the waste placed into the bacldilled channel. These were added to the average
water quality observed at Stonewall at 4 cfs in a weighted average loading calculation
(Table 11).
