Dear Ms. Talvitie:
Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC hereby requests DRMS to extend the decision date for the
approval of the New Horizon North Mine permit application to November 30, 2011. WFC
requests DRMS to expedite the review of the NHN Mine permit application once WFC responds
to the 2 adequacy review comments. WFC expects to receive DRMS' approval of the
