Please <br />review the attached memorandum from Tim Cazier enclosed with this correspondence. <br />Also enclosed is the reclamation cost estimate. Please review the estimate and notify Division staff if <br />any errors in the calculations exist. <br />This is a preliminary review. Other issues may arise from other agency comments, and as more <br />information is supplied. This application cannot be approved until all issues brought forth by Division <br />staff are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to the following issues as soon as possible, but <br />no later than November 15, 2011 so the decision due date set December 1, 2011 can be met.
