PART II <br />Page 21 . <br />Permit No. COQ,-850000 <br />B. RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2. Cuty to Provide Information <br />7'he permittee shall furnish to the Division, within a reasonable <br />time, any information which the Division may request to determine <br />whether cause exists for revoking and reissuing, or terminating this <br />i~ermit, or to determine compliance with this permit. The ?ermittee <br />::hall also furnish to the Division, upon request, copies of records <br />cequired to be kept by this permit. <br />3. 'Transfer of Ownership or Control <br />A permit may be transferred to a new permit.•tee if: <br />a) The current permittee notifies the Division in writing 30 days <br />in advance of the proposed transfer date; and <br />b) The notice includes a written agreement between the existing <br />and new permittees containing a specific date for transfer of <br />permit responsibility, coverage and liability between them; and <br />cj The current permittee has met all fee requirements of the State • <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.16.0. <br />4, Availability of Reports <br />Except for data determined to be confidential under Section 308 of <br />the Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the State. Discharge <br />Permit System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with the <br />terms of this permit shall be available for public inspection at the <br />offices of the State Water Quality Control Division and t:he <br />Environmental Protection Agency. <br />5. Modification. Suspension or Revocation of Permits By the Division <br />All permit modifications, termination or revocation and reissuance <br />actions shall be subject to the requirements of the State Discharge <br />Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, ti.8.0 and 6.16.0, <br />5 C.C.R. 1002-2, except for minor modifications. l4inor <br />modifications may only correct typographical errors, require a <br />change in the frequency of monitoring or reporting by the permittee, <br />change an interim date in a schedule of compliance or allow for a <br />change in ownership or operational control of a facility including <br />addition, deactivation or relocation of discharge point<_: where the <br />Division determines that no other change in the permit i,s necessary. <br />
