on <br />NOTICE TO REVIEWER <br />May 2011 <br />On August 20, 2010, Sage Creek Coal Company, LLC (SCCC) received an approved permit (C- <br />2009 -087) to conduct a mining operation known as the Peabody Sage Creek Mine. In January <br />2011, the permittee name was changed from Sage Creek Coal Company LLC to Peabody Sage <br />Creek Mining LLC. <br />Within this approved permit package there are numerous references to SCCC. In some instances <br />the name has been changed to Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC; however the name has not <br />been changed in all cases. Therefore, during your review please keep in mind that mention of <br />Sage Creek Coal Company, LLC (SCCC) now refers to Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC. <br />C < 14 Ito 11 <br />
