Attach a map that shows: <br />• <br />MR-3 <br />This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.02.6(3)(a) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, adopted in accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Act, C.R.S. 34 -33 -101 et seq. The purpose of this report is to update the Division on <br />exploration and reclamation activites that have occurred in the past 180 days of active prospecting. <br />The report also indicates any changes in operations from what was stated in the original Notice of <br />Intent sent to the Division. The Operator may use this form, modify this form, or use a different <br />format altogether. <br />a) Which proposed holes have been drilled at the date, <br />b) Any actual or proposed relocations of holes, <br />c) The extent of all significant road construction completed to date (exclude <br />minor blade work), and <br />d) Current location of all drill rigs and test equipment. <br />2.
