This decision will be published in the Craig Daily Press as soon as <br />possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period. If, within <br />thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br />As an interested party, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing pursuant to Rule 3.03.2(6) <br />of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. The <br />request for an adjudicatory hearing must be in writing and must state, with specificity, the <br />reason(s) a hearing is being requested.
