• <br />• <br />• Reclamation of the Crystal Hill Mine in Saguache County, Colorado involved the <br />structural demolition of the maintenance shop, the Merrill Crowe processing plant, <br />the security trailer, a storage yard, and a small lime storage building. Kaess <br />Contracting of Salida performed the demolition and reclamation work, and EEE has <br />access to the old invoices and bid sheets for costing information. <br />• Reclamation and decommissioning of the Horizon Mine in Eddy County, New <br />Mexico involved the structural demolition of over 50 buildings. The demolition <br />effort included asbestos removal and offsite disposal; removal of siding and roofing; <br />shear - cutting and torch - cutting steel structural members; rubblizing pier foundations <br />and concrete walls; breaking up and onsite disposal of concrete slabs; filling <br />basements with rubble and debris; covering "mounded" rubble piles with clean fill; <br />and revegetation. A complete set of invoices for all contractor work resides in the files <br />at EEE's office in Golden. The demolition was performed during January through <br />August, 1997, and is therefore very current.
