In this manner, each composite sample from all stockpiles will <br />represent no greater than 5 foot segments for sampling. <br />Soil Suitability Criteria/Reguirements <br />OSM previously requested that WFC address the suitability parameters that will be used to <br />determine whether the materials are suitable for use in restoring prime farmland yields. <br />However, following receipt of the clarifications provided by DRMS during the October 25, 2011, <br />teleconference, OSM concurs that this determination is not needed at this time since TR -61 is <br />intended to address only the sampling plan. It is understood that further subsequent revisions to <br />the permit will be submitted to address all outstanding deficiencies identified previously by <br />OSM, including the suitability criteria issue.
