surface disturbance from pad and road construction. The State of Colorado will hold bond money
until the disturbed sites have been completely reclaimed and revegetated. Access to the
ro - reclaimed pad will be required for a revegetation study and annual photo documentation of the
regrowth. The revegetation study is typically a one time occurrence in order for the State of
Colorado to release the final portion of bonding. Annual access may be required until the State
determines regrowth is adequate.
8. When the drilling is complete the drill hole will be plugged per State of Colorado requirements,
the top 10' of casing will be removed, and the soil regraded to the approximate original contour.
Construction Schedule: BRL will limit the length of time from the commencement of the
construction of the drill pad to the completion of reclamation as much as possible. It is estimated
that the construction window will be four to six weeks but depends heavily on the drilling
contractor's availability and schedule. BRL can not be responsible for delays due to the drilling
contractor or adverse site and geologic conditions encountered. All drilling, construction,
reclamation, and other associated activities will be complete and all equipment will be
demobilized by August I"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this Agreement as of the date
first written above.
Bowie Resources Ltd
ATTEST: •
By: Q `L Date: I to
Brad0y Hanson,
Vice President - General Manager
Turkey Track Ranch
ATTEST:
By: r/ ( Date:
Albert Donald,
Trustee
