Box 700 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />RE: C -JD -8 Mine, Permit No. M- 1984 -014, Radiometric Survey Methodology Acceptance, <br />Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), Amendment AM -01. <br />Dear Mr. Williams, <br />On October 26, 2011 Cotter Corporation submitted a methodology plan for a radiometric <br />survey of the current and proposed affected areas of the C -JD -8 Mine permit. The <br />methodology is similar to or the same as those accepted by the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety for other like projects. Therefore the methodology plan is accepted. Cotter <br />notes that all areas currently or to be affected will be scanned.
