Box 20000 <br />Grand Junction, Colorado 81502 -5037 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />As required by the Colorado Division of Mining, Reclamation and Safety (DRMS) rules <br />(Rule 5.1.2 (m) (i) and (ii)), this letter is to furnish notice to the Board of County <br />Commissioners that an application has been filed by Energy Fuels Resources Corporation <br />(EFR) with DRMS for a modification to a Prospecting Notice of Intent (NOI), P -2008- <br />059, on BLM land located in Mesa County approximately 4 miles east of Gateway. <br />Non - confidential information regarding the proposed activities will be available for <br />review at the Division's website for the above referenced NOI number. <br />EFR submitted the application September 27, 2011 and mailed (certified, return receipt) <br />Mesa County a notice.
