The James Creek <br />Placer mining claim has been assigned Bureau of Land Management (BLM) serial number CMC <br />278995. This serial number should be clearly written on any future correspondence with this <br />office regarding this mining claim. <br />The COL and the map submitted for the James Creek Placer mining claim (CMC 278995) <br />contain location discrepancies. A complete legal description must be provided on the COL <br />and it must match the location of the claim depicted on the accompanying map. <br />The COL for the James Creek Placer mining claim (CMC 278995) shows it to be situated within <br />the N "/2 NW Y SE % of Section 29 T2N R71 W, 6 Principal Meridian. <br />The accompanying map is incorrect. The lines depicting the boundary of section 29 T2N R71 W, <br />6` principal meridian are not following the official survey lines, so the claim appears to be <br />further north in section 29, than it really is.
