Box 178 <br />Idaho Springs, Colorado 80452 <br />RE: Bear Hug; P- 2011 -028; Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (NOI) Application. <br />Notice of Office Decision. <br />Dear Mr. Winter, <br />On October 19, 2011, the Office approved the NOI application for the Bear Hug site; DRMS File No. P- <br />2011 -028. The Division also received the required financial warranty of $2,268.23. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.1.3 (d) (II) -(IV), any person who filed a timely comment and who meets the <br />definition of a party may appeal an Office determination within five (5) business days from the date the <br />Office sends notice of its decision.
