Scott <br />Environmental Projection Specialist <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />1313 Sherman Street, Rm. 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RECEOVED <br />OCT 2 5 2011 <br />4 0 Division of Reclamation, <br />T� Mining & Safety <br />Re: City of Greeley, Treiber Lakes, File No. M -2011 -049 (CHS #60492) <br />Dear Mr. Scott: <br />Thank you for your correspondence dated September 27, 2011 (received by our office on October 4, <br />2011) regarding the subject project. <br />A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory database indicate that two cultural resource <br />inventories have taken place in the vicinity of the proposed permit area but no historic properties were <br />recorded therein. However, our files contain incomplete information for this area, as most of <br />Colorado has not yet been inventoried for cultural resources.
