SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER
The legal description for the AmerAlia Rock School Lease was provided in Exhibit A. The lease
agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) follows to verify AmerAlia's legal right
to enter and produce sodium from the property. As the project proceeds, additional approvals from
BLM also will be obtained including Right-Of-Way's and Temporary Use Permits.
