PUBLIC NOTICE
AmerAlia,Inc. (P.O. Box 1330, Rifle CO 81650; 970/625- 9134), has filed an application
for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under
provisions of the Colorado .Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known
as the AmerAlia Rock School Lease Experimental Nahcolite Mine Project, and is located
at and near Section 20, Township 1 South, Range 98 West, 6 Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is August 1, 1999, and the proposed date of
completion is August 2005. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat.
