PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. <br />PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS <br />Date of commencement and date of completion should represent the dates which <br />you feel most accurately describe the life of the operation. <br />For all Limited Impact (110) types of operations, this notice must be <br />published once within ten (10) days of the date the application is considered <br />submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division "). The final <br />date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or <br />the next regular business day. <br />For all Regular (112) types of operations, this notice must be published once <br />a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) days of the <br />date the application is considered submitted to the Division.
