Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Re: Coal Exploration File No. X- 2005- 189 -06 <br />Dear Mr. Mattern: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the release of <br />coal exploration bond submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc. for Notice of Intent No. X- 2005 -189- <br />06. A bond in the amount of $74,302.00 was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration <br />drill holes in Moffat County. An inspection conducted in September 2011 showed that all <br />disturbances associated with the exploration project have been successfully reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 1, 2, Township 5 North, Range 91 West <br />Section 34, Township 6 North, Range 91 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may <br />submit written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of <br />this proposed decision in the Craig Daily Press. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />4JA <br />Kent A.
