The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the release of <br />coal exploration bond submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc. for Notice of Intent No. X- 2005 -189- <br />06. A bond in the amount of $74,302.00 was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration <br />drill holes in Moffat County. An inspection conducted in September 2011 showed that all <br />disturbances associated with the exploration project have been successfully reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is: <br />Section 1, 2, Township 5 North, Range 91 West <br />Section 34, Township 6 North, Range 91 West. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may <br />submit written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication <br />of this notice <br />
