The <br />approved loading point is in the facilities area south of the river. NECC needs to move the <br />loading point to a location north of the river. The new location is in a runoff containment area <br />located east of topsoil stockpile No. 2. A temporary feeder breaker and temporary elevating belt <br />will be utilized to load the RDA conveyor. <br />Sincerely, <br />( 211 <br />J. E.
