Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on October 20, 2011, a minor revision application (MR -257) to <br />the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C- 1982 -056, operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC, 29515 Routt County <br />Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The operator <br />proposes the approval to the existing approved Mining and Reclamation Permit, to update the surface <br />ownership information.
