Erickson <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining & Safety <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re: Second Supplemental Response to Fifth and Sixth Adequacy Letter for a 112d -1 <br />Application, Amended CN -01, <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, May Day Idaho Mine Complex, <br />Permit No. M- 1981 -185 <br />Dear Wally: <br />GreenbergTraurig <br />Please find attached copies of Wildcat Mining Corporation's ( "Wildcat ") second <br />supplemental response to the Fifth and Sixth Adequacy Letter prepared by the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ( "DRMS ") for the above - referenced Section 112d -1 <br />Amended Permit Application for the May Day Idaho Mine Complex. <br />We discovered that on three maps prepared by CLC a line showing affected land <br />along the southwestern access road corridor was inadvertently omitted. To correct this <br />error, I am re- submitting revised copies of the following maps: <br />1. Attachment D -4, Figure D -1, Chief Portal, Little Deadwood Gulch <br />Stormwater Control Plan; • <br />2. Figure F -5A, Chief Portal, Little Deadwood Gulch Reclamation <br />Topography; and, <br />3. Figure D -1, Environmental Protection Plan <br />We have also received a Damage Compensation Agreement from La Plata <br />County, which I have attached.
