The City of Greeley accepts Broken Arrow Investments, LLC's augmentation water rental request for October 2010
through December 2011. Greeley will make available to Broken Arrow Investments, LLC wholly consumable water
that has been changed for augmentation use. The City of Greeley anticipates that it will make deliveries of this
water from the outfall of Greeley's Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the Poudre River.
The request totals 57.66 acre -feet and would be delivered between October 2010 and December 2011. The City of
Greeley will make replacements during this time period as shown below.
The rate for augmentation water for this agreement is $500 /acre - foot, for a total of $28,830.00. Payment instructions
are included on the attached invoice. The payment is due December 1, 2010.
Please be aware that it is Broken Arrow Investments, LLC's responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the
rented augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
