Erickson <br />Supplemental Response to Fifth and Sixth Adequacy <br />October 20, 2011 <br />Page 7 <br />Wildcat is submitting fully executed damage compensation agreements with the <br />following entities or individuals: <br />See Ex. 3. <br />• Qwest Communications (underground telephone line); <br />• Fairview Land Corporation (driveway, Little Deadwood Jeep Trail, and the <br />La Plata Bridge); and, <br />• La Plata County Electric (electric utilities). <br />Wildcat has not been successful in obtaining damage compensation agreements for <br />the following the individuals /entities who own significant, valuable and permanent man- <br />made structures within 200 feet of the May Day Idaho Mine Complex: <br />• Citco Properties LLC (southern parcel) (wooden fence); <br />• James T. and Ruth M. Olsen (steel T -post and wire fence); <br />• David and Erin Linden (well; steel T -post and wire fence); <br />• Ken and Verniece Fagerlin (well); <br />• O'Donnell (well); <br />• Ms. Elizabeth A.
