In addition, Wildcat has made the commitment to replace, <br />repair, test and sample wells as necessary. <br />Finally, Daniel Madruga, P.E., has prepared additional Engineering Evaluations <br />for the fences owned by Citgo Properties, LLC, David and Erin Linden, James T. and <br />Ruth M. Olsen, Elizabeth A. Vaught, and Aaron Taylor, and for County Road 124 <br />owned by La Plata County. Wildcat has attached copies of these Engineering <br />Evaluations as Exhibit 4 to this Supplemental Response. <br />Wildcat submits these engineering evaluations satisfy the requirements of Rule <br />6.4.20(b). <br />DRMS has also requested that Wildcat revise Figure C -2, Existing Structures, and <br />Figure C -7, Man Made Structures, to clarify the location of all man made structures <br />within 200 feet of the permit boundary, including all wells and fences.
