Routt County has been released as of the July 26, 2011 Division approval for the succession <br />of operators to Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC. <br />Peabody Sage Creek Mining LLC is now the permitted operator of the Red Rock Pit, and as such, is responsible for all <br />provisions in Permit No. M- 1978 -315, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />The transfer of this permit does not result in the transfer of any other permit or license, with this Division, the State, or <br />Federal Agency, which might be associated with this operation. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dustin M.
