Overall the road is <br />in good shape and passable. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule'): <br />The patches of thistles noted in the last inspection report were not treated this season and have gone to <br />seed. A spring treatment is necessary to control the spread of the thistles.
