Provide to USACE documents addressing potential impacts to wetlands, including pos�ble <br />quantities of fill and proposed offset areas in the event wetlands come to be impacted as outlined in <br />the Geotechnical Work Plan. Obtain and address any resulting USACE comments <br />D. Floodplain permit, as needed, for storage of road materials at the second staging area <br />VII. Concluding Submittal Notes <br />Following review of the materials listed above, additional comments are likely and project conditions of <br />approval will be outlined. Resolution of violations with DRMS and the EPA (now acting in lieu of the <br />Army Corps) will be required as will verification from DRMS, EPA, CDPHE WQCD, SJBH, and other <br />relevant agencies that appropriate permits have been obtained. <br />It is requested that the next submittal address the items outlined herein and be prepared specifically for <br />the County (rather than providing copies of documents prepared for the State). County staff has <br />garnered as much information as possible from State documents.
