7. Force Maieure. The River District shall not be responsible for any losses or damages
incurred as a result of the River District's inability to perform pursuant to this Agreement due
to the following causes if beyond the River District's control and when occurring through no
direct or indirect fault of the River District, including without limitation: acts of God; natural
disasters; actions or failure to act by governmental authorities; unavailability of supplies or
equipment critical to the River District's ability to perform; major equipment or facility
breakdown; and changes in Colorado or federal law, including, without limitation, changes
in any permit requirements.
