In the data sheets for ponds P -6, P32 -3 P33 -3, P33 -7, P33 -10 and P33 -11 and for springs /ponds SP33- <br />5, SP33 -6, SP34 -2 and SP34 -11, there are no entries for pond outflows, even though several ponds <br />were discharging. In future annual hydrology reports, please include the pond outflow data for all of <br />the ponds and springs /ponds. <br />2009 Annual Mine Inflow Report <br />2. For future annual mine inflow reports, please add more discussion in the "Conclusion" section of the <br />"DRMS Mine Water Sampling Program: Sample Locations and Protocol" report concerning the <br />impact of the quantity of mine water inflows to the hydrologic balance. <br />2.009 Annual Subsidence Report <br />The Division has no comments. <br />If you have any questions, please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />seph J.
